Relief procedures to renounce US citizenship

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) offers the possibility, under certain conditions, to quickly comply with tax regulations in order to be able to renounce US citizenship.

This special procedure is only open to US citizens who have not voluntarily omitted their US taxes, whose assets amount to less than $2 million and whose unpaid taxes do not amount to more than $25,000.
